Lime Muffins

Lime Muffins

  • 120 g all-purpose wheat flower

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

  • 75 g unsalted butter, soft

  • 75 g white sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 drop of almod extract

  • ~40 ml full cream milk

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • Juice of half a lime

  • Some icing sugar for decorating

  • Air Fryer
  • Muffin baking tray that fits the air fryer
  • (optional) Muffin paper cups
  • A small bowl
  • A 1 litre meassuring cup
  • A handmixer
  • Pre-heat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 175 °C
  • Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  • In a 1 litre measuring cup mix the remaining ingredients
  • Once smooth slowly mix in the dry ingredients from bowl
  • Add muffin paper cups to the baking pan
  • Fill the paper cups with the dough
  • Insert into the air fryer and bake for 15 minutes at 175 °C
  • Once baked, take out of the air fryer and let them cool down
  • Use a small sieve to sprinkle some icing sugar on top

Matcha Maple Syrup Muffins

  • 100 g all-purpose wheat flower

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp matcha poweder

  • A pinch of salt

  • 75 g unsalted butter, soft

  • 75 g maple syrup

  • 1 egg

  • Some icing sugar for decorating

  • Air Fryer
  • Muffin baking tray that fits the air fryer
  • (optional) Muffin paper cups
  • A small bowl
  • A 1 litre meassuring cup
  • A handmixer
  • Pre-heat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 175 °C
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  • Once smooth slowly mix in the dry ingredients from bowl
  • Add muffin paper cups to the baking pan

  • Once baked, take out of the air fryer and let them cool down

  • Zest of 1 Yuzu

  • Juice of 1 Yuzu

  • Some icing sugar for decorating

  • A 1 litre meassuring cup
